Terms and Conditions for PS CLEAN Ltd

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of window cleaning, gutter clearing, cladding cleaning, and conservatory cleaning services (the “Services”) by PS CLEAN Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to our customers (“you”, “your”).

1.2. By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Services

2.1. We provide window cleaning, gutter clearing, Fascia and soffit cleaning, cladding cleaning, conservatory cleaning and conservatory roof cleaning for both residential and commercial properties.

2.2. We will perform the Services using reasonable care and skill, in accordance with industry standards.

2.3. The scope of the Services will be defined in the quotation provided to you.

3. Quotations and Pricing

3.1. Quotations are based on the information provided by you regarding the Services required. We reserve the right to adjust the quotation if the actual conditions or requirements differ from those initially described.

3.2. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

3.3. Payment terms after the completion of the Services. Payments are due for all services on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1. You must provide us with access to the property and ensure that the area where the Services are to be performed is free from obstacles.

4.2. You must notify us of any hazards, including but not limited to structural issues, access problems, or potential health and safety risks.

4.3. For gutter clearing, you must ensure that there are no obstructions or restrictions that would impede our ability to perform the Services.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1. You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge.

5.2. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or emergencies. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and arrange an alternative appointment.

6. Liability

6.1. We are liable for any damage caused to your property as a direct result of our negligence or failure to perform the Services with reasonable care and skill.

6.2. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of business or personal inconvenience.

6.3. Our liability is limited to the cost of the Services provided.

7. Insurance

7.1. We hold appropriate insurance coverage for the Services we provide, including public liability insurance.

7.2. You are advised to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your property and any potential damages.

8. Complaints

8.1. If you are dissatisfied with our Services, please contact us within 48 hrs of the completion of the Services to discuss your concerns.

8.2. We will investigate any complaints and make reasonable efforts to resolve them in a timely manner.

9. Data Protection

9.1. We will process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

9.2. By engaging our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
